We will charge only one-time payment on website design services. And for recurring, you only need to pay for the domain, web hosting renewal , website maintenance costs.
We offer customized website design service for our clients. Our web consultant will contact you after received your order and introduce the suitable package to you based on your requirement.
Once order is confirmed and payment is made, our consultant will have a conference call with you to understand your business within 7 working days from the payment date.
Website design will take from 7 to 14 working days (depending on the plan you subscribe) after customer provide the full details & images to copywriter for proofreading.
Upon delivery of the draft website, client must inform GOHAT of all the revisions/amendments needed within 7 working days. Only two revision request are allowed. Any additional revisions/amendments will be charged under maintenance hour. Failure to contact within 7 days means client is satisfied with the website, and we will publish the page directly.
Yes, after website is confirmed and published, any request for amendments will be charged under maintenance hour.
Yes, we will provide the access on Content Management System to clients, which allow you to edit page content, add in new pages or perform other update activities. But, if any failure on updates, GOHAT will not take any responsibilities on it.
Kindly note that if client edited the content/code themselves, GOHAT reserves the right to refuse any troubleshooting or code/content update request.
Customers may request up to 2 rounds of revision after the first website draft is ready.
Strictly NO REFUND is allowed after confirmation and payment.
Your website will remain published as long as you renew your domain and web hosting. For more enquiries regarding this, please feel free to contact our sales consultants.
Your website will be published within 30 days after the website draft is ready. The 30-day period of revision is final, and we regret to inform that no extension will be allowed.
